Drain Lining
At Lining and Coating Solutions, we are the leading provider of drain lining solutions in commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal applications in the Southeast. We use innovative trenchless technology to cost-effectively repair drains with minimal disruption to your daily operations.
How Drain Lining Works
In the past, drain repairs required costly, time-consuming excavation and reconstruction. Major failures could take weeks to repair, heavily impacting both your employees and your clientele. Today’s technology eliminates digging by repairing damaged or aging pipes in place using existing access points, saving you thousands and maintaining productivity.
We begin each project by carefully inspecting and cleaning the interior of the affected pipes. We then insert an epoxy sleeve into the pipe and position it to cover all damaged areas. The sleeve is inflated, pressing the epoxy against the interior of the pipe, then left in place for several hours until it forms a new, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). This CIPP is ultra-thin, reducing the diameter of the pipe by as little as one-quarter inch so there is no impact to waste flow. It also resists corrosion and roots, lasting up to fifty years. The process requires only hours per pipe and is typically completed in restricted maintenance areas, keeping repairs out of sight of customers and competitors.
Commercial Drain Lining
For professional and commercial enterprises, our drain lining methods are an essential tool for maintaining employee productivity and protecting positive client relations. You avoid long periods of poor or non-functioning sanitation facilities, leading to wasted work time while employees travel to neighboring buildings or portable waste containers for restrooms. You also avoid exposing clients to unpleasant odors, noise, blocked parking areas, and closed entries during excavation. Our trenchless drain lining is particularly important in high-risk environments, where failed drains can impact multiple floors and businesses.
Industrial Drain Lining
In industrial applications, our drain lining technology prevents heavy production losses due to lack of industrial waste outlets or sanitation facilities. A damaged industrial drain can require shutdown of large sections or even the entire facility to avoid costly EPA or OSHA fines, so every minute counts. We can restore the drain to full service in as little as 24 hours instead of days or even weeks. Because we work through existing openings, you won’t need to take large portions of your facility offline to allow room for excavation. Drain lining also ensures that employee productivity disruptions are minimal, returning the workforce to full effectiveness in a short time.
Municipality Drain Lining
At Lining and Coating Solutions, we also serve municipalities. We can apply CIPP in diameters exceeding 100 inches and up to 1500 feet in length, making it a suitable solution for most municipal sewer lines. The lining costs a fraction of replacement and lasts for decades, enabling you to ensure adequate sewer function while maintaining complete control of the schedule for upgrades and sewer main replacements. Because the process is completed without digging, you avoid disruption to businesses, vehicle traffic, and pedestrians, making even major repairs relatively painless for your constituents.
We at Lining and Coating Solutions pride ourselves on top-notch service and state-of-the-art technology for all our commercial, industrial, and municipal clients throughout the Southeastern U.S. We’ll work with you to create a customized solution that fulfills your needs at a price you can afford.
